Updates

Hi all!

Sooo, I'll be doing book reviews throughout 2015. I have several book challenges that I'm excited to do. So, an occasional book review will be popping up here and there. :) The first challenge I'm doing is Back to the Classics, hosted by Karen at Books and Chocolates (see her blog to the right :) I'll be participating in all 12 categories:

2) A 20th Century Classic
3) A Classic by a Woman Author
4) A Classic in Translation
5) A Very Long Classic Novel (500+ words)
6) A Classic Novella
7) A Classic With a Person's Name in the Title
8) A Humorous or Satirical Classic
9) A Forgotten Classic
10) A Nonfiction Classic
11) A Classic Children's Book
12) A Classic Play

Also, I have a new way set up for you to read my chapters when I post them. It may be a bit more of a hassle than before, but it's mainly to protect the privacy of my writing. So, if you would like access to a chapter, just send my a message via the contact form to the right. You don't need a lengthy message, just say "Chapter 10" or "Request for Chapter 5" (or whatever chapter you would like access too) and I will give you access to the document as soon as I get your message.

Last of all, you may be wondering why I haven't posted this week's chapter yet. It's coming, I promise! :D I will work to have it ready in the next few days. :)

Chapter 9

I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving! Sorry for the delay in posting this chapter... editing takes longer than I thought it would! :) And we've been pretty busy lately. But I will try to go back to posting every Monday.

As always, feel free to give suggestions on ideas for the story. Sometimes, after reading the same passages over and over, I am unable to see it in a way that someone who is reading it for the first time can, so if you have any ideas even something as major as a completely different scene or conversation or something, I'd love to hear it! And grammar and spelling problems almost always need to be taken care of, so thanks for pointing those out... hehe. :)
